History
Dixie and Kiddy star in Donkey Kong Land 3, Rare's companion from 1997 to Donkey Kong Country 3, with animal buddies along their route. Color hardware makes that trek easier to read than the monochrome Game Boy original.
It is a companion quest, not the Super Nintendo game copied into a cartridge. The twin Kongs distinguish it from the first two Land adventures.
On a color screen the trek is easier to read than it was in monochrome. The pieces you hunt still sit off the main path the way Country 3 taught players to look.
