Intelligent Systems and Nintendo turned WarioWare: D.I.Y. into a 2010 workshop where the stylus builds the microgames, music included. You draw the pictures, decide what the player must do, and record a tiny tune. A finished piece lasts only a few seconds, in keeping with Wario's usual pace.
The maker asks for graphics, sound, and a clear condition rather than handing over a prebuilt toy. A bomb, a face, or a bouncing ball can be the entire challenge. Wario still frames the collection, but the jokes are the ones you authored.
Homemade pieces can be swapped with another player. The exchange does not ask for a shop or a second copy of the workshop. You hand over the microgame you just drew and try the one you receive.
WarioWare: Touched! is a different cartridge, packed with finished microgames instead of a workshop. This release is the maker. Intelligent Systems kept the brief timing and gave the drawing and music tools to the player.
Same series is the tight name match. Same franchise is the wider family. Same platform is other games on the systems named above.
First developer on the RAWG card: Intelligent Systems.
