Ceodore Harvey carries FINAL FANTASY IV: THE AFTER YEARS, Square Enix's sequel to Final Fantasy IV, following a new generation after the original cast. It began on mobile phones and later reached Wii, Nintendo DS, and Nintendo 3DS, with the moon and Baron still haunting the family.
Cecil and Rosa's son is the new lead, and the older heroes are the previous generation rather than the default party. The subtitle is the point: years have passed, and the crystal problem is not finished with the children.
The mobile original is the first telling of Ceodore's trip. The Nintendo releases are that sequel arriving later, not a remake of Cecil's own game.
Same series is the tight name match. Same franchise is the wider family. Same platform is other games on the systems named above.
