  • dual-screen handheld
  • 7th generation

History

Up to ten small Kirbys swarm the levels of Kirby Mass Attack, and you flick them with the stylus. HAL Laboratory developed the crowd, which Nintendo published in 2011. They gang up on enemies instead of swallowing a copy ability.

A flick sends the group running that way. They pile onto a foe, weigh down a switch, or boost one another toward a high ledge. Lose too many bodies and the remainder cannot lift the same obstacles.

Necrodeus shatters one Kirby into this handful. The number of Kirbys is the resource that matters. Fruit and rescued friends push that number back toward the cap of ten.

HAL Laboratory built the stages around touch flicks rather than around a power you inhale. The case credits HAL Laboratory next to the publisher that shipped the swarm to shops. Treat the crowd as one cursor with many feet.
