Hogwarts bricks retell the first four stories in LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4, Traveller's Tales' 2010 walk from the philosopher's stone through the Triwizard year. Motion-console and dual-screen versions cover those Hogwarts years, with spells becoming brick abilities.
Polyjuice, a hippogriff, and a maze each show up as a level gimmick rather than a cutscene-only nod. Students unlocked along the way can be dropped into earlier years' corridors to find studs the plot characters walked past.
Years five through seven are a later game. This one stops at the fourth story, with the cup and the graveyard as the far end of the syllabus.
