Middle-earth studs litter LEGO The Lord of the Rings, Traveller's Tales' 2012 retelling of the three Peter Jackson films. Between story beats the map opens, so a hobbit can wander from the Shire toward Mordor without waiting for the next cutscene.
Characters carry film abilities into brick form: a ring that turns the bearer invisible, a wizard's blast, an elf's agility. Puzzles are built from the props of the movies, and the open country sits between those scripted chapters.
The three films are all in this one brick journey. It is not a single-battle spinoff; the walk across the open map is the feature Traveller's Tales added on top of the scenes.
Same series is the tight name match. Same franchise is the wider family. Same platform is other games on the systems named above.
