The first two Avengers films get the brick treatment, and LEGO Marvel's Avengers is TT Games' retelling of those battles. Sokovia's city in the sky is a brick set piece, and Hulk is the character who smashes the gold locks under it.
New York's invasion and the later Sokovia crisis supply the big set pieces, with extra scenes between them. Hulk, Iron Man, and the rest swap in when a gold object needs a particular power.
Successor-console and glasses-free versions shipped in 2016 with both invasion set pieces. Cameo hunts and the talking bricks keep the tone lighter than the live-action rubble.
Same series is the tight name match. Same franchise is the wider family. Same platform is other games on the systems named above.
