A movie house locks its doors on three casts at once in Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth, Atlus's dungeon where Persona 3, Persona 4, and Persona 5 share one theater. Hikari is bound to that screen, and she is why the exits fail. Atlus shipped the handheld labyrinth in 2018.
Floors are dressed as films that have to finish before the next reel. Mapping the corridors still matters, and elemental weaknesses still swing a random fight, yet the walls look like sets. Allies who never shared a school calendar argue through the same projection.
Hikari's bond with the cinema is the mystery, and she belongs to this labyrinth rather than arriving as a guest from one numbered team. Phantom Thieves, the Investigation Team, and SEES compare notes under a single projector. Her relationship to the reels is why the doors closed.
Persona Q crossed two casts inside another labyrinth. Thieves from the fifth game join here, and the movie house replaces that earlier premise. It was the last Persona game released on the handheld.
