Erik, Baleog, and Olaf return with new skills in Norse by Norse West: The Return of the Lost Vikings. The long name is the United States title of Lost Vikings 2, published in 1997. Silicon & Synapse (Blizzard) and Beam Software developed it, and Interplay published it.
Each viking still solves a different part of a room. Erik's bulk, Baleog's weapons, and Olaf's shield come back, then gain tricks the first quest did not teach. You swap among the three to move one room forward.
American boxes use the long Norse title rather than a short numeral alone. Interplay put the cartridge out. Silicon & Synapse, named in the credit as Blizzard, shared the work with Beam Software.
A new skill is why a familiar viking can cross a gap that used to stop him. Try the viking who looks wrong for a ledge before you decide the route is blocked. The rooms expect those added tricks.
Same series is the tight name match. Same franchise is the wider family. Same platform is other games on the systems named above.
None in this catalog yet.
No wider family is grouped for this title beyond the series list.
