History

Compile built oddly shaped tables and a friction knob into Lunar Pool, called Lunar Ball in Japan. Pockets sit at strange angles, and high friction makes the cue ball die before a long rail.

The 1985 billiards game began on Japanese computers before the Famicom and NES releases. There is no named rival across the felt; the opponent is the table's geometry.

Each layout asks for a different aim because the cushions do not form a rectangle. The friction setting is the other skill, and a slippery cloth turns a gentle hit into a long carom.
