History

Tanner's undercover driving in Reflections' Driver (1999) turned film-style car chases into a PlayStation hit. A later Game Boy Color version is a much smaller take on the same premise.

The cop behind the wheel must finish a felon's job without wrecking the car the gang expects. A replay camera and a long take through traffic sell the cinematic chase on PlayStation.

The color handheld keeps the undercover idea and shrinks the streets. Reflections' PlayStation original is the chase with that film camera.
