Quintet's ActRaiser (1990) alternates side-view sword fights with a god's-eye view where a civilization grows. Enix published this Super Nintendo original from that studio.
The Master clears a monster lair, then the overhead map lets villagers raise homes and send offerings that strengthen the angel. Those offerings change the next side-view battle, tying the two cameras together.
A sword stage and a town offering are the cartridge's two rhythms. Enix's link with Quintet is how that combination reached players.
