Marina Liteyears grabs an enemy and shakes it in Mischief Makers, Treasure's side-scrolling robot girl and her grab, built for the Nintendo 64 pad. A shake shakes out coins, a stunned foe, or a throw she can aim back into the crowd.
The 1997 cult favorite is not a Nintendo-made platformer. Treasure's grab, the hover, and Marina's "shake shake" habit are the moves, in a bright world of clan balls and Professor Theo.
Grabbing is the verb, more than jumping. The robot girl, the professor, and the shake are why the cartridge has a cult rather than a broad Nintendo-hero reputation.
Same series is the tight name match. Same franchise is the wider family. Same platform is other games on the systems named above.

No wider family is grouped for this title beyond the series list.
