History

Two fatality styles per kombatant arrive with Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance, Midway's fighter from 2002 that moved the series into 3D. GameCube has that game, and Game Boy Advance has a smaller flat reading.

Each fighter now carries two fighting styles plus a weapon, which is the Deadly Alliance shift. Shang Tsung and Quan Chi's pact frames the new roster.

The console build is the dimensional one. The cartridge keeps fatalities and names without that same 3D camera.
