3DO put plastic-green helicopters over a backyard in Army Men: Air Attack (1999) already. Tan enemy plastic, a garden hose, and picnic furniture are the battlefield, and the helicopters are a spinoff of the toy-soldier series.
The Nintendo 64 edition is one home port of that aerial spinoff. Machine guns and a winch share the cockpit, while a magnifying glass or a match can be as dangerous as the tan guns.
It is not the foot-soldier campaign of the main Army Men line. Green plastic rotors, the backyard, and the tan army are this helicopter's war.
Same series is the tight name match. Same franchise is the wider family. Same platform is other games on the systems named above.
None in this catalog yet.
No wider family is grouped for this title beyond the series list.
