History
Bubbles are the key and the weapon in Milon's Secret Castle (1988), Hudson Soft's maze of hidden doors. The adventure debuted on the Famicom Disk System in 1986 and reached the NES under this title, with a boy who pops bubbles to open a castle that will not label its rooms.
Shops hide behind ordinary bricks, and a boss waits where a bubble revealed a ladder. Queen Eliza's captivity is the reason to keep searching, but the castle rarely says which wall is fake.
Hudson's habit of secret rooms is the difficulty. Players traded rumors about which brick to strike, because the map itself refuses to be a guide.
