Danny Wallace narrates the rectangles of Thomas Was Alone, Mike Bithell's 2012 puzzle about colored shapes with personalities. Thomas jumps, Chris complains, Claire floats, and Laura's bounce pad personality is a square you have to ferry, with Wii U and Nintendo Switch ports coming after the computer original.
Each shape's physics is the character sheet. A tall thin rectangle cannot do Claire's job, and Wallace's lines are why you remember which one is selfish.
Bithell's shapes are a platformer told as a novel. The Nintendo ports keep Wallace's voice with the same colored cast.
Same series is the tight name match. Same franchise is the wider family. Same platform is other games on the systems named above.
