The clockwork train is still moving in Syberia 2, Benoit Sokal's sequel about Kate Walker and Hans Voralberg. The 2004 journey continues the trip begun in the 2002 game, toward the mammoths Hans has chased for a lifetime.
Youkol people, a frozen tract, and Kate's decision to abandon her law office for good are the new ground. Puzzle panels on the train and in the ice use the same point-and-click patience as the first trip.
The 2002 game ended with Kate choosing the train over her old life. This sequel is that choice played out, Hans fading, the island of Syberia still ahead.
