City districts sprawl away from the palace in Sid Meier’s Civilization VI, the Firaxis entry where urban layout matters as much as the capital tile. Campuses, theater squares, and industrial zones specialize a city, housing limits growth, and the map change is the 2016 release.
Barbarians and city-states remain, along with science or culture victories. A district can be pillaged, so the sprawl is also a defense problem.
