History

Trick lines and clocked descents share 1080 Snowboarding. A spin has to be landed, not just triggered, and a missed grab costs the run more than a pretty animation would suggest.

Nintendo's Nintendo 64 snowboard game arrived in 1998, with contest, time-attack, and match modes on courses that range from open slopes to caves. 1080 Avalanche on GameCube is the later cousin, not this cartridge.

The title trick, a full 1080 spin, is a commitment in the air. Weight on the board and the landing window matter more than a costume change.
